Why we built TerseAI
Working inside a medical tourism clinic, I watched hundreds of qualified patients ask ChatGPT for recommendations and never find us. Our doctors had thousands of successful surgeries and hundreds of 5-star reviews, but AI models couldn't see any of it. TerseAI exists because I got tired of watching great clinics lose patients to poor digital architecture.
Emilio Alcolea
Founder of Tersefy and Head of Marketing & Sales at VIDA Wellness & Beauty Center, one of Tijuana's largest medical tourism centers. Emilio manages substantial ad spend across multiple doctors and business lines, overseeing patient acquisition for bariatric surgery, plastic surgery, dental, and regenerative medicine.
Before VIDA, Emilio led creative direction at agencies and managed political campaigns across Mexico. He has collaborated on enterprise marketing for IBM, Amazon, Toyota, and Microsoft, bringing Fortune 500 discipline to Tijuana's medical tourism market.
At VIDA, Emilio built one of the first AI-powered patient conversion systems for bariatric surgery in Mexico, combining Make.com automation, CRM integration, and Claude AI to qualify and book patients 24/7. That system became the foundation for TerseAI's AI Closer System.
